Website Tutorial Package

How many times have you been told or you've read that you "don't even need your own website" to be successful in internet marketing?

How many times?

I see it all the time, "no site needed" and so on.

OK, so you can use pay per click and just have your affiliate link as the url your advert goes to but that is just so dangerous. You may get lucky and land the occasional click-thru but more often than not you'll pay for the click and the visitor will look, leave and be gone for good.

If you can send visitors to your own website you have a much higher chance of hanging on to them and converting them to customers.

You see, you really do need your own website...

Gite In The Limousin

If you are looking for a comfortable Self Catering Gite for your holiday, long weekend or as a place to stay while you find or renovate your dream home in France then take a look at Avalon Limousin.

Situated in the stunning Haute Vienne department of the Limousin, this newly refurbished gite offers splendid views out onto the beautiful Ambazac Mountains (Monts d'Ambazac).

The gite is located adjacent to the owners main house which serves as a bed and breakfast. This enables the owners to be available should you require anything or have any problems.

The gite has been recently restored, rewired and furnished with modern fittings whilst still retaining a cosy, old time cottage feel. The beautiful stone chimney breast is a central feature downstairs along with the exposed wooden ceiling joists and beams. The gite benefits from:

  • Gas instant water heating

  • WC with bath and shower

  • Washing machine

  • Fitted kitchen with gas hobs, kettle and tiled worktops

  • Electric oven/grill, microwave & refrigerator/freezer

  • Open Plan lounge and dining area with exposed wooden beams

  • Wood burning stove with rustic stone hearth (firewood available separately)

  • Upstairs, spacious double bedroom with vanity unit

  • Access to gardens and terraced, decked pool area

The village of Saint Sulpice Laurière has all the shops and facilities you could possibly need during your stay including the very welcoming Kerguelen bar/tabac and a train station with regular trains into the stunning city of Limoges. The village has it's own, well stocked lake and day permits are available from the Kerguelen (pronounced Kerr-Gaye-Lenn) for just a few euros.

The nearby town of Ambazac has three large supermarkets, a couple of bars and restaurants. Located on the way to Limoges, Ambazac is well worth a stop off for a look round.

After a tiring day out you can take advantage of an evening meal either taken in the main house with the owners or as a take-away to eat in the gite. For full details, see the B&B page on the website. Indian food is a speciality and not to missed. A whole repertoire of traditional and freshly prepared, delicious curries (no hot-ups and definitely not a shop bought sauce to be seen) are available and at only 37€ per head for a full soiree which includes drinks for the duration of your meal you are guaranteed a very special treat during your break.

Check out the website for Avalon Limousin right now.

French Property

Long term property rentals in France have become more and more popular over the last three years. With one person bailing out of the rapidly sinking UK every 3 seconds it's little wonder that homes abroad have become popular. The long term rental in France has come about not due to a lack of properties in France but due to an abundance of people wanting to 'try' a region out before they invest in a new home and a new life in France.

It makes sense and with the almost daily increase of property prices in France there are a number of things a person must take into account before taking the plunge.

Rent a property in France now and buy one later, check it out, the language, the culture and be sure it's what you want before you buy.

You're not the first person to think, "let's rent property in France"...
