I received a brand new listing yesterday morning (see previous blog post) and got it built and uploaded around noon.
I just got this at 17:47 last night - in response to the welcome email I send out once a listing is live,
"Hi Steve Everything seems to be working OK. The ad got me a 6 month rental this afternoon. Many thanks. "
A 6 month rental from upload to enquiry to booking, within a few short hours...
